Why Exploring Human Design Might Be the Key to Building Conscious Cultures and Communities

Pausing for a little celebration … as I need to come up for some air. 

Plus, I recognize as a Manifesting Generator with two format channels, that I need to periodically slow down to speed back up … if not, stop altogether to take a beat. It’s easy to just keep going and going to the point of burnout.

Plus, I really want to savor this journey … as the level of work I am doing in no joke and not for the faint of heart. 

It’s deep, meaningful work that is providing me tools to expand how I support people in their leadership and alignment. For real leadership is truly a function of the quality of our relationships. 

You see, I’m back at it … not because I need another certification. But, because I have an insatiable zest for learning and for depth.

Digging Deep into Relational Leadership

I have now officially completed 56% of my Advanced Quantum Human Design Relationship & Family Analysis Certification. 

Part 1: Relationship & Partnership Analysis is done!

I am brimming with new insights. understandings, and access to pathways to work with individuals and partnerships on an entirely different level. 

I am even coaching a couple, who are married and also co-creating several businesses together, where we are real-time testing out this material. 

The case study, research, findings, and integrations are so fascinating and quite powerful, as we I have been in deep immersion in topics such as:

🔸 Relationship mechanics
🔸 Energy needs in relationships
🔸 Mistake motivations
🔸 Profiles + bonding
🔸 Resonance, harmony & electromagnetics
🔸 intimacy + sexuality in relationships
🔸 Communication breakdowns + breakthroughs
🔸 Power pathways and dynamics in relationships

Once again, I feel as if I jumped full force into, yet, another Masters Program. This is some profound and eye-opening work.

But, before I jump back in … I wanted to talk about listening to the call.

 Even when it wasn’t on your radar (it definitely wasn’t on mine). Even when it doesn’t make sense. Even when you already have more than a few things going on (did I mentioned I am a Manifesting Generator … LOL). Even when you don’t need one more certification.

Because when your strategy and authority say “YES” … you listen. 

How My Human Design Fits

My Gate 58 demands it and finds joy in being a voracious student.

My Line 2 craves the richness of being able to go deep in my study and integrate this work on a full body, cellular level.

My 54–32 Channel loves to have fullness in its drive for ambition and success, where it experiences real meaning in what lights it up.

My 35–36 Channel was hungry for a new adventure and emotional experience that would crack me further wide open and offer me more to share.

My 53–42 Channel was clear that if it starts this next endeavor it was ready to bring it to fruition and see it through. My defined Solar Plexus and Gate 57 gave an assist in knowing that the timing was right and that this would connect to my deeper why.

Deep Alignment to My Body of Work

In the 30+ years of leadership research, work, and training that I have ascertained, facilitated, and shifted paradigms around, these feels like the natural next step to bring my work in leadership alignment and relational leadership to the next level.

I love exploring the dynamics and interplay of groups and family systems. I have been developing my own body of work around this for decades (wow, I feel old) … and, now I am taking it even further.

I am elevating my own understanding of these systems. For, we all are connected into various systems and relationship dynamics … whether in our home, at work, or even in our day-to-day interactions with humanity, as a whole.

So, now that I have given myself some time to rest and replenish after completing my Level 4 Quantum Human Design Certification, I now am enrolled and working towards my Advanced Certification as a Quantum Human Design Relationship and Family Analysis Specialist.

I’m already 20% of the way there.

Another 19 modules of deep work, with more hours of commitment to see my vision forward. For my style of learning is a full body, immersive experience. My hand is already cramping from the notes I have taken today.

For me, especially in light of the crisis we are in, as we watch the systems crumble and burn away, I feel the charge to bring the tools to help rebuild systems steep into connection, compassion, and leadership.

A New Era Calling for New Leadership.

Relationships are the driving force to effective leadership.

We are at the forefront of shaping new world where we can be seen, valued, and loved for who we are … each and every one of us.

The only way forward is to go within. We need to know ourselves so that we can understand how we interact and engage with others at our highest level.

It’s about learning how to love, and lead from love, in its highest form.

So, excited for what this work will continue to expand for me … and, how I work with my clients.

My Personal Journey: Understanding Family Systems

I have to say … this advanced certification I’m doing in Quantum Human Design around relationship and family dynamics just freakin’ blew the doors wide open in understanding my relationship with dad and the overall dynamics and interplay in my family growing up.

This last module I dug into focused on the energetic needs we have and mistaken motivations that show up when those needs are not met.

As I have shared before, my relationship with my dad was super contentious and abusive growing up. He was diagnosed as clinically narcissist when he was enlisted in the military.

Now, as I am doing this deep work, I am able to see the source of where his misalignment came from, and how he really struggled as an unhealed Projector with a ton of openness.

For where he was defined (his Head, Ajna, Ego/Will, Spleen, and Root) came a lot of intensity and shadow energy.

When I explore further the markers for the mistaken motivations, I am able to see clearly how his energy felt in my field and the dynamic it created in our family system.

The auric theme for our family when he is included in the system is: “Hierarchical tension”. When he’s not included, the auric theme then becomes: “Safe at home”.

While on some level that this all may not make sense to you … this work really matters. For when we can understand our relationship dynamics and patterns, we effectively can show and serve as better leaders.

Because, not only can you explore the energy and aura created within a family system, you can do the same for teams.

The auric theme that comes to play when more than 3 people come together is powerful. Now, think about how that affects how you recruit, hire, and onboard team members.

When you map out how the teams’ energies play together, you can identify any gaps. These gaps are where conflict arises, where scarcity and fixed mindsets are prevalent, and when unhealthy competition and power struggles take over.

In being able to identify those gaps, you then can create strategies to mitigate those risks and align new members in a way that closes the gap.

The new leadership revolution underway carries with it the blueprint for deeper connections, more meaningful relationships, and for our own wellbeing, as well as those we work with, collaborate with, and interact with regularly.

Wow, I am actually completely spent from an afternoon digging further into this work and feel tapped out. It’s like I was hit by lightning!!!

I cannot wait to share more and further integrate this new understanding into the work I get to do to guide leaders in awakening, activating, and amplifying their unique leaders voice all while creating courageous, connected, conscious cultures and communities.
